Associated press announced that “Lil Wayne” and “Birdman” are being served with a copyright infringement lawsuit by Thomas Marasciullo who reside in Florida. Marasciullo, states that the Cash Money Records rappers had him record some “Italian-styled” repartee in 2006. The lawsuit against them are saying that they used marasciullo on the track “ Respect” this was the rapper’s joint 2006 album “Like –father Like Son”. Marasciullo, said he received no pay just wants a little RESPECT .
