Associated press announced that “Lil Wayne” and “Birdman” are being served with a copyright infringement lawsuit by Thomas Marasciullo who reside in Florida. Marasciullo, states that the Cash Money Records rappers had him record some “Italian-styled” repartee in 2006. The lawsuit against them are saying that they used marasciullo on the track “ Respect” this was the rapper’s joint 2006 album “Like –father Like Son”. Marasciullo, said he received no pay just wants a little RESPECT . Well Good Luck !

It is reported that in Los Angles that the “This Is It” premiered to a gallant of star filled crowds including his four brothers and fans such as Jennifer Lopez and Will Smith. The critics, gave an early praise for Micheal’s energy. The Movie came from 8o hours of rehearsals that was planned for a series of London Concerts that was planned for July. Micheal's final days were all caught on film this is the last time that we could see Micheal at his best. I think he would have been OK,with us viewing his work . TLC Will Sue The Gosselin Dad !- Cranleyscorner.

Jon Gosselin The Father of the Gosselin clan will be in court again soon A source say that he won’t be in court for fighting with kate his estranged wife.. TLC reportedly dropped Gosselin from "Jon and Kate Plus 8" now the network is suing Jon Gosselin the reality TV dad for breach of contract.
It is reported that the lawsuit was filed in Maryland on Friday. It says that Jon hasn't met the obligations of his contract. It states that as an exclusive employee, Jon appeared on other programs for money and he made an unauthorized disclosures about the show reports a source.
This is reported by TLC that they released a statement to "Extra" saying, “That the network has been trying endlessly in private and has waited patiently for some time to get Jon to really live up to his end of the bargain and honor his contract that he signed. Jon has not complied with his obligations stemming from public appearances and statements. These efforts are not successful at all and TLC are not happy campers .
Jon Gosselin has starred on "Jon and Kate Plus 8" for about five seasons. Early September, TLC announced that they will rename the show “kate Plus Eight" and will still focus on the darling little lives of the children, who we have watched from the time they were little babies . Sources say that the Jerusalem House, which provides over 50 percent of Atlanta's permanent supportive housing for homeless people with HIV, is  hosting its tenth annual Halloween Bash on Oct. 23 at the Biltmore Hotel. The gala  event is both Atlanta's largest adult costume party and Jerusalem House's largest annual fundraiser.A lot of money is raised for a good cause." Friday ,October the 9th 2009 , Ashley “A.J.” Jewell was finally laid to rest and reported by a source there was not a dry eye in the church. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss’ former fiance’s funeral service came short one day of a week after AJ was killed. It is reported that AJ had a brawl that apparently broke out at the parking lot of an Atlanta night club, called “Body Tap”. AJ Jewells made the headlines since his death this week AJ has been talked about and the more you talk about AJ the more news comes out . “AJ was taken from us too soon” states Kandi His love of his life. People who really didn’t know AJ ,felt as though they did because of the show . Kandi made you feel that he was a really good guy. I believe her. A lot of mourner's came out to pay their respects to the family. Kandi, has one child but, she was helping AJ with being a good parent figure,because Kandi is a great mother and friend as well as a great singer. Sources say that Kandi was present and looked beautiful even though you could see her heart was broken. A report states, that the Funeral was private ,with family and close friends,Of the late AJ Jewell. AJ, will be greatly missed ,by his kids and family and of course Kandi. I wish Kandi and family my blessings at this hard time and hope that she will be comforted by god’s love as well as the children !

Last night on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta, my boy Dwight ran his butt,off. The team (lisa And nene) did a marathon (fund raiser) for Domestic Violence. The show was really great and sad as it is,Kandi is having a rough time dealing with the death of her Ex-Fiance' "AJ" Jewells . These things happen, but it's hard to face them when it happens to us. Kandi's mom doesn't hate AJ ,but thought he was not right for her daughter. If your a mom , you may can understand our children never grow up to us. But all differences aside, kandi and AJ's kids are feeling a lot of pain and wondering why? We need to cut this violence out and try to live peaceful with our neighbors. AJ was in a brawl in front of the gentleman's club called Body Tap that he was reportedly buying into. Kandi reportedly didn’t see any scratches on him when she saw his body. He didn’t appear to be beat up, but what kandi did see, was a picture of the bodyguard ,who looked really messed up. This is Heidi And Seals fourth child! Heidi checked into the hospital last night, She left her own mother Erna to take care of the kids.Heidi’s mom was spotted this morning taking the kids school. It is reported that Klum’s mom and her bodyguard are seen in LA today picking up healthy goodies . They had reportedly dropped them off to the hospital . Supermodels need to keep up their strength too. There’s, no telling what Heidi and Seal will name their new baby girl. We want wish her luck through her labor and to have a safe delivery.
