Jimmy Carter Speaks about Kanye West's VMA Act

Former President Jimmy Carter took a swing at rapper says that Kanye West's behavior at VMA's was "uncalled for". Kanye West's behavior at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards was watched world wide as Country singer Taylor Swift was receiving her award, when west got up on stage and interrupted her acceptance speech. Jimmy Carter stated" this should have never happened he should have never do this again to any body ". This was an embarrisng moment for the 19 year old Taylor Swift. Kanye's punishment would be that he appear on new Jay Leno show. It was reported that while Taylor Swift appeared on the View after the show she received a call from no other than Kanye west himself. Phone call was private it was said that he apologized to the singer. Kanye is saying that he was wrong and his actions should have not taken place. He is very remorseful and thought about his mother , who ,what not have approved of his behavior. Kanye's mother , Donda West died in November 2007 . Donda West was a former chairwoman of Chicago State university's English department . He was very close to her .
